Creamy Pork in the Garden Soup

Out of ground pork? No problem - use sausage! Even if it’s in the casing, slice the casing lightly and squeeze out the inside. Reduce the salt a little, then taste and add more if needed.
Gluten free? We got you! Use any 1:1 GF flour blend in place of wheat flour.
Dairy free? Well, you’re out of luck. Just kidding, of course! Sub your favorite dairy free (flavor free, no vanilla in here!) milk in place of the half and half and reduce the water/broth combo by 1/4 cup. You can skip the sour cream and it will still be delicious!
Looking for added protein? Sub in plain greek yogurt for the sour cream, ultra filtered milk, and bone broth for the water/bullion.
