And while cooking won’t take you forever, you can enjoy eating some of the best pork on this beautiful earth. Coming from Large Black Hogs, our pork is well marbled making it tender and flavorful. Smoked pork will be uncured (nitrate free.)
Price is per pound by live weight and is $3.65 per pound and includes processing, packing, freezing and delivery within a 30 mile radius of 18635.
We aim to process our hogs as close to 300# live weight as possible (for budgeting purposes). Your deposit paid today will be deducted from the final amount due. You can expect around 50% of that back in cuts if you would like organs and lard included.
Pork will be processed two dates in December and available for pick up/delivery about 2 weeks after scheduled date. Orders will be filled in the order they are received. First round will be delivered before Christmas and the second shortly after.

Bacon
Ham steaks
Ribs
Steaks
Chops
Ground Pork
Sausage is available and you can choose 1 type per half, or 2 per whole. We will contact you to get your sausage choice(s). There is an upcharge of $1.50/pound of sausage as the processor charges this. You can receive ground pork for no additional charge. Halves and wholes can customize cuts and we will reach out to you to gather your request before they go.
All pork is USDA processed under our Farm name.
***Please note that the amount you are paying today is just the reservation deposit. This amount is non-refundable and the remainder is due at the time of delivery. If you need to cancel and we are able to immediately place your order with someone else, we will refund 75% of your deposit but otherwise, it is not guaranteed.
