Our beef is grass fed and raised 2 years on pasture and hay, then finished for 60 days on our own hand ground ration to ensure tender marbling. We’re not a typical cattle ranch. We interact daily with our cattle, provide lots of healthy seasonal extras such as strawberries, apples and pears, veggies and squashes (they absolutely LOVE pumpkins!) and unlimited amounts of hugs, neck scratches and nose kisses.
We control parasites via rotational grazing, using herbs such as thyme and oregano, apple cider vinegar and other natural remedies including fly predators, fly bags, and essential oils. No medicated feed, no antibiotics and no herbicides or pesticides used in or on their pastures.
This listing is for a portion of a beef, and the amount you pay today is just the deposit. 2026 price is $6.00 a pound (hanging weight) for halves, $6.25 a pound for 1/4 and 1/8 shares.
IF you would like to use a “pay later” option and wish to pay for the bulk of your order in advance please contact us and we will create a specific product for you to check out with. We understand that these options are helpful in these hard times.
Beef is limited so we encourage you to order early. We expect this years cattle to hang around 600-700 pounds, but this is not guaranteed. Beef will be sent to the processor in early winter, then a second round in early spring. We will reach out when your order goes. Price includes processing and comes vacuum packed and frozen.
Unfortunately, deposits are used to pay the processor therefore they are non-refundable for any reason. If you need to cancel your order when using a “Pay Later” and paying nearly the entire purchase upfront, we will refund everything but the equal deposit amount for your purchase (unless we can place your order with another customer then we will refund the entire amount.)
